I graduated at the University of NSW, Australia with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Diploma in Landscape Design and horticulture. Following three years of work experience in Sydney, I relocated to London, United Kingdom where I worked on commercial projects for both architectural and engineering companies. I furthered my studies and became a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute UK.
Following seven years in London I met my partner and moved to the Netherlands. During my time in London I worked on a wide variety of projects and led the delivery of major schemes from concept through to planning and construction.
I applied for a job at Niek Roozen because their design vision and philosophy in creating green cities reflects my passion for sustainable design which promotes healthier living environments. I believe a designers role is to provide innovative ways of addressing current and future social, economic and environmental issues which impact the community on a local and global scale.
