Starfish with bullseyes: about new Construction ‘s Heeren Loo in Noordwijk

‘s Heeren Loo, a day care center for people mental disabilities in Noordwijk, has been updating its facilities. The Zeester (starfish) has been completed along with the surrounding landscape. Niek Roozen bv not only designed the area around the building but is also a supervisor for the entire campus.
