Planting of Green City Arboretum Floriade 2022 in Almere is in full swing!

We started with the planting of 180.000 perennials and 90.000 shrubs in the Green City Arboretum of the Floriade 2022. All these plants have a value for cities and several special properties, like air purifying, increasing of the biodiversity, water retention, a special seasonal characteristic, etc. All plants are arranged on the first letter of their botanical name. The planting areas themselves are arranged on alphabetical order. The planting plans have been made i.c.w. Municipality of Almere and Jacqueline van der Kloet.
