Pacific Flora 2004, Hamamatsu

The garden is shaped by a structure of braided reed, which was carried out by Dutch craft men.

The paved part is designed as a stage for the various pots with bulb mixtures.

In the garden perennials are mixed with flower bulbs.

A small pavilion, shaped as an awning, spreading out  in the garden is also made of braided reed. Under the canopy visitors find information about the garden and about the 3-layer planting method of bulbs in pots, which extends the flowering time.
